In-person interview with the head of the content department and the CEO of Redbooks. Head of Content interview was great. Went into detail on position, experience, etc. A few of those "what would you do?" situation questions. 30-45 minute interview. Interview with CEO was awkward. Worst interview experience thus far. A lot of random questions, mostly about personal life. 30-45 minutes. Very small company, so personality match is a must. Walked out knowing this wasn't a fit.
