1. Online application - Short statement on interest in role
2. Phone Interview - Casual, couple of basic questions, why the role, why the company ect.,
3. In Person Assessment Day - Half a day. Started with a get to knwo the company, short Q&A followed by previous intern Q's. Went into groups to do presentation on a 'summer launch'. Ended with a very rushed 1 on 1 interview. First time they had done an in person assessment day and could tell but it was an enjoyable experience and everyone was very kind.
