Very informal to the point of making me wonder about how professional the company was. Flew me to Boston and had no set agenda and gave the impression that they were utterly directionless.

Question 1
It was all informal discussions, and at the end of it there was the implication from the HR leader that because I worked in a large company I wouldn't know how to do something without being told first. It was fairly insulting. These people don't have their act together, and they don't have a plan to grow the business. They aren't serious people.
