Typical questions pertaining to prior implementations. Top management doesnt have a clear path as to what they want in a candidate while the hiring manager is trying to make paths in broadening their perspectives.......not successfully though. They want to grow a west coast office but its a niche market, so they are looking for candidates who have worked on the software they consult on but not with implementation experience.
