Interview
Applied early on LinkedIn. Position was out of state. Two or three weeks later HR called and scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview lasted 30 minutes with my future boss. Two weeks later, scheduled for in-person interview. They flew me in the morning of, paid for car rental, offered to buy lunch. Interview included my future boss, the main hiring/firing guy, and the head of the department. Lasted 30 minutes then was taken on a tour. Flew back that same evening.

Was simple interview. They had gotten my name from someone when I was out of working and they were rebuilding. Called me and I scheduled it for the next day. I had heard they had laid off a large chunk of people and were starting fresh.

Interview
I interviewed with the company recruiter first then I interviewed with the department manager and the section manager. After that I was told They would get back with me. They told me it would be four to five days before they would I would hear anything but they called me the next day and made me an offer.
