RGIS District Manager interview questions

Applied online, recruiter reached out, performed phone interview. Most questions in the phone interview were based on past experience/resume but some behavioral questions. Interview went well - built good rapport with recruiter and had very relevant experience for the position. Recruiter seemed excited to forward me to the regional manager after I asked about next steps, and then they ghosted me. Recruiter did not respond to follow-up email some weeks later. Not a good look for a company this size to not even send an automated Thanks But No Thanks email to close the loop. This is the norm for a lot of companies but it's still NOT the norm for ones who respect the recruiting/hiring process and those that don't deserve to be named.
