I applied online. I interviewed at RGIS (New York, NY) in Sept 2020
Interview
Relaxed, straight to the point and very brief. Interviewer gave an overview of the position and asked some basic questions about transportation and availability. She knew answers to the questions I had and described what next steps look like.

Interview
At first, it was a group interview. They had us watch company videos detailing the position. After that, each applicant individually met with the regional manger for a one-on-one interview. She asked about my availability, if I had reliable transportation, and if I’d be interested in working with medication which would then require a background check. I said yes. I got a call maybe a week later from the regional manager stating I was hired. She asked me if I was still interested in medication inventory and I declined, which didn’t affect the job offer, thankfully. No background check and no drug test was done. No need for a driver license.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RGIS in Jun 2016
Interview
We were given documents on the history and work ethics of the company. We'd be shown a 50 minute video demonstrating the routine of a basic inventory associate. After that, each applicant meets one-on-one with the manager, discussing how they heard of the company, how willing we are to work, and flexible hours.
