I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RH (West Jefferson, OH) in May 2019
Interview
I responded to an ad on Indeed. I received a call the next day asking for me to come to their West Jefferson location. I was asked to bring a copy of my resume which was a waste of paper since the leader who was interviewing me had one. The interview was more like a conversation. I have many years of customer service so it was quite easy to answer the questions. Than I had to take a test which was a surprise. It asks you to figure out discounts, sizes of items and shipping prices. The shipping price that was listed on their site was $99 but with options that was not listed and the closest price was $95. They claim there is no pressure and it isn’t timed but it didn’t feel like that at all. They also tell you if you the test doesn’t factor in but it completely does. If you are a protectionist with test taking don’t be. It takes more time. I think they lose people that would do an amazing job in their customer service call centers but they miss out due to a faulty test.

What was your worst situation with a customer and how did you handle it.
Easy to navigate as I felt very comfortable with those who were interviewing me. It was a nice conversation. I was able to connect very well. We talked about the position and they took interest to my personality.
It was quick , 30 minutes. They ask the normal interview questions. They let me know immediately after the interview that they wanted to hire me. They were transparent. And I was greeting with smiles with all the staff.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Tracy, CA)
Interview
Interview process was pretty concise. Effective communication and basic interview questions were asked. Received an answer almost immediately, was hired on and started the following week. Honestly one of the quickest/best interviews.
