The process took an extremely long time (10 weeks) to go through only 2 in-person interviews and 3 phone interviews. None of the management would give any indication of time line for hire dates and presented the topic with arrogance, suggesting that a position with Restoration Hardware would be the pinnacle of your career. The communication language was ridiculous. Their self acclaimed "core values' was a joke.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were all pretty standard interview questions. Some easy to answer because you know what they want to hear.
Had three interviews - two with the store manager and one with the regional manager. Overall casual feel, but certainly making sure that the person can handle the job when they interview and don't sugar coat.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Red Bank, NJ)
Interview
The process was relatively easy. Something felt very off though. I don’t think they were actually hiring for the posted position. Also their beliefs are very strange. One of the beliefs they made me read during the interview is about if you work at RH, your job is your life.

To read a list of their beliefs and describe how that resonated with me.
Very long, 4 interviews plus a presentation. Each interview around 1-1.15 hours. You need to dress to impress and learn about their values. They care about you as a person and expect you to talk about family, background, and your free time.
