Self-recorded video interview with no follow up from the hiring manager made the process seem impersonal and unfairly biased as there was no engagement. Entire completed self-recorded interview comprised 10 minutes of allowed response to five questions. In my opinion, it is difficult to gauge skillset or glean pertinent information related to a candidate's ability based on the limited scope of questions with no additional probing on the part of the hiring manager to dig deeper and seek more information.
