Interview
The interview process was good and took one hour and 45 minutes. I was asked both soft skills and technical questions. There two interviewers, the principal manager and one of the associates. The associate asked mainly technical questions regarding the design process of buildings.

I was asked about the reinforcement layout differences between ductile RC frames and non-ductile one.
Mostly Behavioural. Few technical questions, more interested in if the individual is a good fit for the company culture. Very friendly, interviewed by two principals who shared their own path through their career.
