Telephone interview with a talent exec who didn’t understand the job, asked a series of listless questions, and seemed to be just box ticking as opposed to assessing. Didn’t really have any insight into the role and what the job was doing for the company.

Interview
initially there was a telephone interview with a HR representative to get an overview of my current situation and explain the role a bit. This was then followed by an online assessment - numerical and verbal reasoning tests, and finally a competency interview with the hiring manager and HR lead.
