RM Tech Lead interview questions

First call was fine and was a very typical run down of what they're looking for and how my skills matched up. Was told by next week they'd call me regarding progress and a potential second interview. It has now been 2 weeks and I've not heard anything. Incredibly unprofessional and speaks volumes to the company as a whole.
