overall very good experience. Interviewers are very nice, making the interview more like a conversation. And it is a combination of both behavior and technical questions with more focus on the technical part.

What are the most important trends in XXX (the field/program you are applying)
One 30 minute interview with a senior associate, basic questions, was asked one question on barriers to the clean energy transition since it was a job in their electricity program
It was approachable and easy-going. The whole process did not make me anxious or nervous. The questions were well designed and it was a guided process overall. So no need to be panic.

the entire process took about four months (including the holidays). i first had a short phone screen, followed by two interviews with different members of the team. prepared a presentation for the second interview.
