I applied for the leasing director position posted on their website. I received a call to further discuss the opportunity a few days late. When I returned the call, I was told that they are more leaning towards hiring a leasing professional over leasing director. I felt I was a little bit mislead but decided to continue the interview process, An interview was set up to meet with the Manager and assistant manager. They were very cordial and we ended up talking for an hour and a half. The interview went very well. A few days later, I received an email asking if I could come back and meet with the regional property manager this time. A time and date was set and I met with the regional and it was a good professional interview. After I met with the regional manager, the property manager came back and thanked me for coming in and said she would be in touch with me either way the next day....I sent a thank you email then a follow up email, no response and it's been a few weeks.
