Telephone interview followed by an assessment centre which involved the following: - pre-prepared presentation on 'something of interest' to RMP enterprise, ie a marketing idea they could use in their on campus campaigns - written test, replying to an email - 'meet the team' a casual chat in the break out area with members of the team you would be working with
