First was a series of phone interviews to review the JD and my previous experience to ensure alignment. This included several general questions about my experience directly related to the role responsibilities. I was also asked about my career growth aspirations and how I saw the role evolving and growing within the organization. I next had an in-person interview at a showroom location with the CEO and Chief of Staff. This meeting again covered general qualification/experience questions, but dived deeper into situational questions specific to Ronbow's need and the industry as a whole. Next was a phone call with an offer, with a timeframe to decide, which included an expected start date.
