It took them 3.5 weeks to get back to me following the initial call, which is far too long. If candidates are giving you their time, you should be ensuring you get back to them promptly. I was over qualified for this position, so quite frankly I'm unsure what they actually want in terms of qualifications. This role has been reposted this week (4 months after it was originally posted), which calls into question their level of urgency to fill this role.
