It started with an initial screening, followed by discussions focused on both technical knowledge and customer facing scenarios. The questions were a mix of technical and situational, but nothing unexpected if you have relevant experience and preparation. The interviewers were friendly and gave me space to explain my thought process, making it feel more like a discussion than an interrogation. It took almost 30-40 days from screening to offer . Overall, the process was smooth and well organized.

One screening call and one technical test. I was extremely disappointed that I never heard back from them, and in other words, was ghosted, something they specifically mentioned they wouldn’t do. It was extremely disappointing for a company of their reputation.
