My interview lasted around 45 minutes. I met with two supervisors from different departments, both related to behavioral health. I was asked to fill out paperwork beforehand, then answered 8-10 clinical/situational questions verbally while one supervisor wrote down my answers to each. I received a phone call a few days later to offer a position that was adjacent to the one I applied for.

Receive a notification asking for interview once accepted your provided a homework packet to complete and submit. Friendly professional interviewers. Very through. The actual interview is an average amount of time however the actual hiring time can a long time.

Despite knowing my qualifications & abilities the interview used basic questions & a waste of everyone's time. The group has worked with me prior to this interview. I believe I was the only person chosen to be interviewed for the position. So much else to be done w DOJ vs VA settlement. I really felt the need to belittle was disgraceful & pointless.
