I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSA Security (Bedford, MA)
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and asked basic screening questions. About a month later, I was notified that the hiring manager was interested in speaking with me. A phone interview was set for a couple of weeks later. The hiring manager and I chatted for about 30 minutes and I was invited to come into the office for an in-person interview the following week. I met with the hiring manager and two co-workers separately for about 90 minutes total. I was contacted the next day with an offer and started a few weeks later.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RSA Security
Interview
Two rounds of interviews, multiple people at each one. Only one of the interviews was in person, the others were done completely remote. Very standard interview questions during each round. Nothing that seemed too difficult to answer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSA Security (Bracknell, England) in Aug 2011
Interview
From submitting my CV, to attending a final interview, I can only praise the RSA Security Recruitment/onboarding process. I was welcomed with open arms and it was quickly made very apparent the teams passion for RSA and their business offering in the market.
The process was quick and painless, with an initial telephone interview, face2face interview, followed by another telephone interview with the US team (which was made in the evening, so didnt run into my current employer time).
The Internal Recruiter/HR and Hiring Manager were friendly but firm and I quickly gained a thorough understanding of the role/responsibilities/company.
My interview with RSA in Bracknell was probably the best interview I have had the pleasure in attending and I had no hesitation in accepting their very competitive offer. The job and culture is exactly as the described in the interview.
