I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSF Social Finance in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied for a temporary contract position at the end of September and I heard back in mid-October. They scheduled one phone interview for the following week. After the phone interview I was given a short assessment task to evaluate how I would approach the tasks involved in the project candidates would be working on. One week after the phone interview and assessment were completed I received an offer. The questions were very typical interview questions and the interviewers were very personable and easy to talk to.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSF Social Finance (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had a 30-minute phone screen with the hiring manager and HR a week after applying online. A week later, I was invited to a 1-hour in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR. The interviews involved the standard questions about why I was applying, how my experience related to their mission and values, my experience with clients and databases.
A couple weeks later, they let me know I wouldn’t be moving forward. If I had moved forward, there would’ve been one more interview with senior staff. They hired someone within 2 months of posting the job.

Interview
Phone interview first, then two in-person interviews. The first one was 1 hour, the second one lasted 3-4 hours and I met a large number of people. I felt I knew the organization much better so that I knew I wanted the job when it was offered to me.
