Still interviewing. The process is long and drawn out. Things slowed down by the recent integration of RSM and M&P into the mother ship. People interviewing me seem nice and competent. Sounds like lots of independence will be given if hired. Flex work hours sound appealing. not sure if that is a bunch of bull but sounds way better than where i currently work. Expectations seem reasonable.
Very smooth, 2 rounds. One telephone with HR to assess my experience and qualification followed by an in person with a partner and manager to assess my knowledge and suitability for the position.

First round was with senior manager Second round was with US partner and third round was with practice leader. Overall interview was not that tough. Please make sure you know everything from your resume
