It's really conversational. I interviewed with the partner on the campus and he was really down to earth and nice person. I got the second interview with another partner of the firm over the phone. Great interview experience.

Interview
Started with a 30 minute on-campus interview with a local recruiter, then a follow up online interview with a local director in the field I applied in. (IT Consulting) Both interviews were fairly casual and conversational, they mostly just want to learn about you and if you'd be a good fit. They gave plenty of time for me to ask questions in both interviews.
The process consisted of two interviews. The first one was on campus and in person. It was very easy going. The second interview was virtual and with the actual office of my preference.
