      Administrator Interview

      27 Sept 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Birmingham, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Birmingham, England) in Sept 2022

      Interview

Had an extremely extensive 'teams' interview with a young fresh graduate who'd just started at RSM. It was complete overkill for an entry-level job. I have a lot of ISO experience in auditory compliance in shipping. I have a lot of customer service experience and bespoke software experience. I thought the process would be relatively simple and a second process interview would occur at the office. I was wrong. I mentioned that I don't have a degree at the end as it was very expensive when I was at school. I did not read a degree was stipulated in the advert. I read about diversity on the website and as as a neurodiverse person I thought it would be a good place to work at. How wrong was I. The rejection e-mail was very basic. Absolutely 0 information on competencies performed. Really not how to deal with a client after a lengthy online video meeting. What made me laugh was 'The Power Of Being Understood' is on their footer. Yet they struggle with neurodiversity. Ironic.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Far too many to recall. Many situation ones. Lots of repetitive questions. Mostly completely irrelevant to the job. Please focus on the core areas as neurodiverse people struggle with answering interview questions because of over-thinking.
