In total there are three rounds. The first one is the HR round, all the basic stuff. The second is SM/Director, highly technical and the last one is Partner where they see whether you are culturally fit or not.
Very smooth, 2 rounds. One telephone with HR to assess my experience and qualification followed by an in person with a partner and manager to assess my knowledge and suitability for the position.
