They don’t have a process, anyway it doesn’t matter to them, because they know salary is not going to be paid.the point of interview is to check your back ground.

It’s a joke, can’t say more, because it is not helpful, if you are interviewed by their tech team, they will give enough hints for not joining, they check your financial background, this is to know how much you can survive without salary

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSN Engineering & Construction (Chennai) in Jul 2014

They cover all basic questions. Usually a Junior will interview the senior persons. if they go short listed, then for some people some one from Qatar will interview through telephone or by skype. It is not so difficult. very normal questions will be asked.

I guess your for a Junior engineer, Preliminary interview by a Jr. Engineer for shortlisting the candidates, You have been interviewed by shortlisting CV from Naukri not applied for the post. Also Senior engineers are mostly will be in client side in Qatar, since they need the work done by chennai or Gurgaon office, they will interview you from Qatar through skype. Many people from good background of companies will be less questioned. Please recruited for talent not for a questions... Thanks...
