Applied on Indeed, received a 15 minute phone interview from the VP within a few days. Interview consisted of her asking about my past work experience, explaining the types of services the company provides for their clients, and making sure you’re ok with the hourly pay that was on the job post. I then video interviewed with the CEO a few days later for about 30 minutes. He’s a cool guy. He gave me the good old “tell me about yourself” and then asked for me to explain what a specific software is that I put on the skills section of my resume, probably to make sure I wasn’t just putting things on my resume, which is fine. I wouldn’t want to hire a guy who claims he’s a general contractor and doesn’t know the difference between a drill and impact. Had the final interview with the lab manager in person. Interview wasn’t too technical, just a “get to know you” type of thing and maybe just to make sure there’s no red flags.
