I applied and they set up a Zoom call with me. It was mostly going through my resume and asking me about my comfort with each line item. I was then asked if I was willing to move and, lastly, I was able to ask my own questions.

Easy interview, strong bias to prior defense experience regardless of whether experience is actually relevent to the job scope or responsability. Minimal technical questions were asked to me the interviewee who answered the questions

Very long process. The team I was interviewed by was awesome. My employer countered offered otherwise I would have stayed. If I had a chance to make a choice I would have left for RTX,

Interviewed with 2 people over Zoom, they asked all the generic questions about my experience and background. A few technical questions about systems engineering. There were no trick questions and was an open discussion.
