Interview
I found the job advertised on a job board and applied on the company site. Actually had to reapply as the first of the new year brought a new management system and they could not port over data from the legacy system.
The hiring manager reached out directly to ask if still interested and if so identify some windows the following week to interview. The HR recruiter set up a time and I interviewed with hiring manager and 3 other managers on his team. I heard back within a few days they were extending an offer.

Interview
Interview with Department Manager, Chief Engineer, another Section Manager, and another Department Manager in person on location. Two sets of interviews with two persons each. Initial contact was telephonically and merely confirmed the in person schedule. After the in person interview, HR contacted me for follow up interview to complete logistics impact of position.
