Very easy and straight forward questions. Questions consisted of some get to know you 's and scenarios. Interview was around 30 mins. Got to create an outfit based on a persona given at the end of the interview.

The process was easy. Basic questions were asked regarding customer service experience. The interviewer was polite. The process was smooth and fast. If you demonstrate enough knowledge about the merchandising and customer service process, you have higher chances of getting the offer.
