There is an online assessment via Arctic Shores that takes around 40 minutes. There were four tasks. They test things like your ability to quickly switch between tasks, patterns recognition, numerical reasoning, and your ability to focus and avoid distractions. There was an automated feedback report that tells you how much you demonstrate the various attributes they test for. The online assessment was fine, but I have heard nothing back since I completed it, which was a while ago. A simple rejection is better than having an application on hold for months.
