Received a cold call from recruiting at the RWH Foundation. They did not share many details about the position, but I decided to attend an interview anyway.
The interview was an experience, to put it mildly. The founder spent a good portion of the interview on diatribes about the international aid community and how he dislikes strategies, goals, partnerships or sustainability plans. It was very evident he doesn't hold any esteem for the aid community. While I'm sure they do good work, the organization definitely appears to be a vanity foundation for this individual as he openly states that there are no strategy, goals, etc for the organization.
If you truly want to help the world's poor and affect change in the international aid sector, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
