Initial interview was phone based, short, but formal corporate interview style. Big emphasis on company culture and how you would fit into it. Be prepared to speak to your resume and your experience.

It was a very professional interview. I was invited to the corporate headquarters which was really nice. I was interviewed by the field operations manager who was extremely welcoming and overall it was a pleasant experience. RXBAR was a company I was really excited to work for and they did not dissapoint.
