Random questions about CV and average technical questions. 1 hour interview with very friendly interviewers. I didn't feel any pressure and got the time to introduce myself and also to ask questions at the end.

Interview
First round of personality and technical questions, was a positive and friendly experience. Second round of HR and motivation questions. I was asked my ethnicity by one in panel based on my name which seemed to negatively affect the interviewers attitude in future questions. Was a negative experience as it felt very unfriendly. Was a lengthy interview process which stretched over two months. In the end I had the required technical expertise as confirmed in the first and second rounds, however not the motivation as decided in the second round.
There are 2 rounds of interview. The first part is about regular interview, personality, walk through resume; the second round would be more critical and technical level. There is one part after the first interview, is to perform some Intelligence test online.
