It took 6 weeks actually to get a rejection from them)) This was a usual hiring process that has every normal company, every interview was held online:
1. HR screening by phone. They asked me usual questions about my situation, about my experience and salary.
2. First Interview (3 people from different teams). The interview was divided in 2 parts: in the first 20 minutes I was performing my portfolio. They asked me about projects. I was telling about projects in a S.T.A.R. technique. Everything was nice and I liked everybody. The second part of interview took 40 minutes and it was usual manager's interview where they asked me about my background, my functions on a previous job, my motivation.
3. Second Interview (2 people). I was expecting questions about my motivation, my strengths and weaknesses, some behavioral questions maybe... Instead, I got the repeat of my first interview. I had to tell again about my background and a project. During interview I was asked what would I do in different way in the project. Also they were asking standart questions like what do I know about company and so on.
In a week time they called me and said that they do not proceed with me, because they need some 'senior person'. What does that mean exactly they didn't say in details.
