The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RaceTrac (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2014
Interview
First had an phone interview that lasted about 40 minutes. The questions were basic background and industry related questions. About a week later I was asked to come in to have face to face interview with three different people. About a week and a half later asked me to come in and do the same thing with three different people from real estate division. They all asked me the same questions as the first time. Ended up feeling like I kept repeating myself over and over.

Interview
Interview process was good. In fact the interview went really well, and while I wasn't going to take the job, I was surprised I wasn't accepted seeing as they said someone "would definitely be reaching out to me".

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RaceTrac in May 2023
Interview
One of the most negative interview experiences I've had. RaceTrac is a cut throat company who does not care about their employees much less potential employees. You will get strung a long for nearly two months just to be told that someone else was chosen for the position as they have a degree in Real Estate with no work experience (versus my finance degree and 2 years industry experience). Recruiters are absolutely useless, refuse to answer calls and emails, and have no compassion. Avoid.

Interview
Had an initial phone interview followed up with a group interview at headquarters. The interviewers were very pleasant and the interview process was great. I was welcomed warmly and given a little gift upon leaving.
