Rackspace Technology Interview Questions

Interviews were nice, they asked me couple of technical questions mostly related to Azure and general security topics. Next interview was with the hiring manager. No surprises, just the well known stuff. If a candidate receives an offer they use an external provider conducting extensive background checks, that was annoying. It is a well known problem in the company that they tell people nice stories in the interviews about career perspectives, customers etc. but reality is totally different.

Straightforward interviews. Very values and culture-based. They were interested to ensure i'd fit in the company and also to ensure I would be able to do the role. Overall i enjoyed the process

HR is top, but the rest of the process is long. When you finally make it to the end you're drained. You have to give a presentation on their product in front of their head of sales. The preparation for this is serious if you want the gig because they'll ask you many detailed questions. Good luck!

A total of three rounds, maximum one hour call on every stage - basic call, recruiter check the profile - fitness call, manager checks the fit - technical interview, panel round with two people on call.

Thorough series of panel interviews with key stakeholders across the business. I found the questions to be insightful, and they had no problem with me asking very detailed, pointed questions about the role, the company, the leadership and where they're going.

The interview process begins as a short phone interview. Then, there is a 30-minute-ish PowerPoint presentation on yourself, why you're interested in Rackspace and your career goals. You're presenting to multiple local managers across the Rackspace portfolio.

Terrible, first interview went well, second went well, waited ages to hear, invited for 3rd and then no one could be bothered to let me know the feedback. A lot of time and effort goes into interviews. Including preparing presentations. To be completely ghosted after is totally unprofessional

-Given a mini project with scenarios to do at home with 3 days deadline - Interview with other engineers and could be position peer After all of the time spent, they went radio silent for a few weeks even after multiple follow up emails. Finally they came back the position is eliminated. What a waste of time!!! Company needs to make recruiter more accountable. I am not mad for not getting an offer and even they do I won't accept or work with this kind of company. There was coordination nor respect to prospect employee.
