Interview
Very easy interview, quick to know if they want to talk to you again. The second round interview is on site at one of their events, but you are there to see how to do the job and you see how it is not what they say it is online. The final interview felt almost like a school test, you are expected to know definitions of certain textbook terms, and if not then it will be taught to you.

Interview
It’s quick easy and painless. They want to get you started so your indentured servitude begins. Don’t listen to the pay structure; no one is pulling down even 75k at that sweat shop.

Question 1
Direct and indirect marketing. You’ll be doing indirect marketing which sounds better than sales rep, but that’s rxactly what it is.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews for the position. The first one was over the phone; the second was in person; and the third was observing an "event." The verbal interviews were great. The job sounded ideal for someone with a marketing degree who wants to be hands-on with brands and products! However, after observing one of the "events," it was clear this was just a sales job. No formal education is necessary. You literally go to Sam's or Costco and sell random products to the stores' customers . . . that's it. That's the bulk of the job, being a salesman. This job needs to be advertised extremely differently because the online and in-person descriptions are very ambiguous. If it were accurately advertised as a job for a salesman, the applications received might be more tailored to people who actually want to apply (and could be really great at it, too).
