Radio Flyer interview questions

Had an interview with the hiring manager on phone and with another person on zoom. First interview went through experience second was a portfolio walk through. Was a pretty chill interview process. For the second interview you had to answer in star format.

Phone screener, then to video interview with hiring manager. After video interviews you must write an essay on failures and success, then discuss this to a rotating panel of senior leaders. Process was lengthy and arduous.
