Interview
The process included half technical questions (situational stuff), and half behavioral questions. Pretty straightforward stuff. It includes an initial recruiter screen then meeting with hiring manager. Conversational interview nothing to stress over
3 rounds: 1st with a recruiter, 2nd with a manager, and 3rd with a panel. Good conversations, laidback and hardworking culture. Given the uniqueness of subsector, must show interest in healthcare.

Interview process was quick. They didn't seem all that concerned with my skills as they were about who I was. The interview times changed a lot and I got calls at weird times to reschedule.
