I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Radius Global Market Research in Nov 2025
Interview
Met with one interviewer, essentially no introduction of themself or the company.. which I feel is usually standard, right? Jumped right into questions that seemed like a very specific answer was wanted. Despite being listed as a very entry level role (like essentially a training program) with a very broad, non-specific job description, it seemed like they were looking for specific skills that were NOT listed in depth. Overall felt very cold and rushed as if they had something else on the schedule they needed to get to. Was told barely 15 mins in that the role didn't seem like a good fit..

I interviewed at Radius Global Market Research (New York, NY)
Interview
Pretty straight forward. HR interview, skills assessment, interview with manager, offer after that. I felt respected throughout the process and the pacing between rounds was reasonable. Total time was probably a month or less.
I applied online. I interviewed at Radius Global Market Research in Feb 2024
Interview
Two interviewers started off by asking specific detailed questions about my experience. It seems like they were looking for a very specific skill that I was deemed not a match for. The interview was stopped after 15 minutes telling me I was not a suitable fit. Having two interviewers tag team the discussion and jump right into specific details was tricky. Spending hours preparing for the interview and having it turned sideways was disappointing.
