Took place at Corporate Office in Johnston, Iowa. Several senior management team members present and asking questions about previous experiences and leadership abilities. Interview was not intimidating, had a relaxed conversation conversation feeing.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, they had a quick phone call with me to get a feel for who I am and ensure my background aligned with what they needed. After that, I had a longer interview where they asked more in-depth questions about customer service, policy situations, and how I handle stressful moments. They also threw in a couple of scenario questions, nothing wild, just stuff to see how you think on your feet.
