Very lengthy process of 4 stages. Might take one full day if management is available else may take 3 days maximum.
first stage is with H.R.
second stage with G.M (projects)
third stage with C.E.O
final stage with company owner.
Of these first and final stages are general ones. the rest 2 are technical.
