Interviewed with the two man team that runs the division. The interview lasted 2 1/2 hours. Left the interview feeling good but did not hear back from them for at least a week and a half. The second interview was with the same two man team but a third person joined us, their immediate supervisor, head of the department. Again, they took another week and a half to get back to me. This time, with an offer.
