      The interview went great. I really connected with the two hiring managers. However I am a little disappointed with how the recruiter handled me. Never answered a single question or email I sent her in a three week span. I understand it’s not in your “metrics” to respond but please have some common courtesy to acknowledge your candidate. Again the interviewers were amazing people and I see why people want to work at Ramp. Unfortunately even after asking them if I could have some sort of way to communicate with my recruiter, I was left am disappointed.

      This was a 4-step process. It began with the recruiter screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, then a business case/presentation with 2 team members, and finally an interview with 2 additional cross-functional team members.

      For my business case interview, they asked great questions throughout, so it was less of a formal presentation and more of a conversation, which I appreciated. They asked, "What data was missing from the case that would have been helpful in my assessment?"
