As I was promoted to Team Leader position, so there was questions on team management, team handling etc.The interview process was smooth and consisting of 3 rounds. Written test, communication test and one to one discussion with Higher Management.

Interview
It was quite a good experience and the HR was friendly and listened to the candidates well. With no much formalities and with less than a week to confirm the status of the selection. The process managers were not that much involved.
