Behavioural interview is relaxed, recruiters are kind and it’s conversational. Did not take long after applying, You have to do a psychometric before and if you succeed you move on to behavioural.

Screening interview virtually for 30 minutes, it was the first interview process with the HR manager after the assessment they gave me a week before .She was very kind and it didn't take long.
Online Interview, They are terrible way of interviewing, Do not know why they don't do personal ones. There were 4 questions and you had 2 minutes to answer and 3 attempts but you can choose which attempt to use which is silly
