Interview process was okay. Was interviewed by someone more junior than me in the field who was clearly following a script. Interview with my direct manager was excellent tough.

Asked mostly above previous experience and my knowledge of the client. No technical recruitment questions about process or tools mastered.

Standard interview process but felt some concerns when they mentioned that the team was shrinking in size. This was a bit of a red flag with a lot of consultants leaving.

Na hora de abordar e agendar primeira entrevista foram ageis. Participei da primeira etapa, recebi feedback que tinha sido bem avaliada e estavam aguardando retorno para agendar próximos passos. Nunca tive retorno depois disso, mesmo mandando mensagem para saber o prazo que tinham para retornar.
Achei lamentavel a postura da empresa que sempre respeitei, mas o time de Talent Acquisition deixou muito a desejar.
