I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Randstad (Birmingham, England) in Sept 2011
Interview
Quite informal for first interview. For second interview, I had to give a presentation. I would suggest being prepared and trying to think originally. The presentation was how I would grow business on a PQS desk. I talked about searching companies, using linkedin etc. They really like the fact I had shown I had an awareness of linkedin. The interview was definitely to test if I was a good personality fit as well, for both the team and the role
